Try the island life on this award-winning site with the luxury of an on-site heated open-air swimming pool, Badminton, two sand pits, out door chess and giant Jenga game. There is also a conservation area with a carp lake and free fishing in the river Yar during the open season. There is a shop and a take away. It's all at Adgestone on the lovely Isle of Wight. A different way of life, just a short ferry ride from the mainland. With its chalk cliffs, rolling downlands, tidal estuary and a coastline, which includes woods as well as beaches, it's easy to see why almost half the island is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Facilities
Electric hook-ups, toilets, showers, washing-up sinks, laundry, toilet and shower for the disabled, parent and child room, chemical disposal point, play area.

Worth Noting
Some pitches are sloping-chocks required. Food takeaway on site. Heated outdoor swimming pool (heated June, July and August) and children's paddling pool. There are two large play areas: one for younger children and an extensive area for older children including areas for soccer and basketball. Table Tennis and boules also available.

Directions
On A3056 from Newport, At the traffic lights in Lake turn left then left onto Fairway past the golf course. Turn right at "T" junction - site is on the right.
